U.S asks general Yahya’s admission to Revolution when Muhsen preceded him, upon Saudi request

A private source has recently disclosed that other incentives were crucial and pivotal in accelerating such admission in March 2011. It was Saudi Arabia that asked the general to join the revolution, and it was prince Naif, who was still alive, that ordered Saudi security departments to inform Muhsen about this, get him convinced that it was impossible for Saleh to remain in power and that he had to form a unified front together with Sheikh Abdulla Bin Hussein Alahmar's sons, that can prevent any other power attempts to lead the revolution and rule Yemen consequently.

They told the Saudi part they welcome Ali Muhsen as Saleh's dissident and a revolution advocate, yet they were afraid of Muhsen being a leader and an influential power after the revolution.
There were several attempts to convince the silent parts ( Hamid and Hussen Alahmar) to work with Ali Muhsen as a key partner at the change square. The prince Naif, along with some local religious forces interfered to adapt attitude of both Sheiks ( Hamid and Hussein) towards working as one part and that difference or two separate parts would give room for a third part to control the revolution and leading it, according to the same source, adding that prince Naif told them that if they did not do this at the time being, it would be difficult to be done tomorrow. Any Saudi aid would be based on a bilateral cooperation, Naif conditioned.
The Yemen Revolution control was then the key concern of Saudi Arabia, in coordination with U.S.A, yet with a difference in their perspectives regarding to the alternative to be supported, as U.S was looking for a powerful character, other than Ali Muhsen accused with being Alqeda advocate. U.S secretary general has stated since start of the revolution, in more than an occasion that Yemen was in need of a new powerful leadership. She also expressed about that before the revolution when she visited Yemen and met with the opposition leadership, saying "provide a powerful alternative to Saleh, the source said.
According to a media source, still close to Ali Saleh, U.S unilaterally attempted actually to push Yahya Mohamad Abdulla Saleh to join the revolution by virtue of his good relation with counter-terror specialized administration.
